Excellent Coffee. 100% Arabica, Panamanian
All of the coffee beans from Phoenix Roasters comes from 100% Arabica coffee plants, also known as “mountain coffee” due to the high elevation in which it’s grown. Arabica coffee is one of the top varieties of coffee due to its rich, smooth flavor.

Phoenix Roasters sells single source coffee, which is referred to as single origin coffee. It costs them more than other companies but they stand behind the great taste and the excellent cup of coffee it provides to our customers.

The coffee is roasted fresh in their facility. They micro-roast each batch of coffee and pay close attention during the roasting process, to capture as much flavor as possible and avoid the burnt, bitter flavors associated with over-roasted, lower quality coffee.
Phoenix Roasters purchases coffee direct from the coffee farm at a price substantially more than the “fair-trade” minimum. By purchasing direct, they ensure maximum compensation to farmers and their workers, resulting in daily wages over 300% more than other farms.
Each bag of Phoenix Roasters sold also resources domestic relief projects such as ending the commercial exploitation of children, ending homelessness, restoring abuse victims, supporting single mothers, and much more.
